Responsibilities and more:

Role Overview:
- I am a licensed clinical psychologist and content creator building a platform on men's intimacy and relationships.
- I am looking for a Social Media Poster and Community Manager to own scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- This is a contract,



remote position requiring approximately 5-7 hours per week, working US hours, for a flat monthly rate.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish edited videos and carousels across TikTok and Instagram daily, with precise posting windows.
- Repost in-feed content to Stories on both platforms.
- Perform account warm-up by conducting brief pre- and post-publish engagement on both platforms to support distribution.
- Write captions in my voice using a provided workflow involving Otter.ai transcripts and Claude prompts.
- Manage comments using provided phrases and templates.
- Flag any comments outside the provided catalogue directly to me.
- Keep the content queue clean without being chased.
- Maintain a posting schedule from Monday through Sunday, with at least two posts per day at times set in advance.
