Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Mobile QA Engineer
to help drive quality assurance across multiple Agile teams delivering enterprise mobile applications and digital experiences.

This role combines hands-on mobile testing with QA leadership responsibilities, requiring expertise in native iOS, Android, and React Native applications. The adecuado candidate has experience leading QA initiatives, improving testing processes, mentoring distributed teams, and ensuring high-quality mobile releases.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance activities across multiple Agile mobile development teams.
- Define and execute mobile testing strategies for native iOS, Android, and React Native applications.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing.
- Validate mobile applications across multiple devices, operating systems,



screen sizes, and network conditions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UX teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve mobile automation coverage and CI/CD quality gates.
- Manage defect tracking, prioritization, reporting, and release readiness.
- Mentor offshore and distributed QA team members.
- Drive continuous improvements to QA processes, standards, and mobile testing practices.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
- 5+ years of experience testing mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience testing:
- iOS
- Android
- React Native
- Strong manual testing background.
- Experience with mobile automation frameworks such as Appium, Detox, Maestro, XCTest, Espresso, or similar.
- Experience with API testing and backend integr
