We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join the Consultec team. You are passionate about software quality, test automation, and building reliable testing processes that help deliver secure, stable, and high-performing applications. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to identify risks, prevent defects, and continuously improve software quality.

This is a remote position.

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role requires frequent communication and collaboration with international teams and clients.

You Will
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Create and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Develop automated API tests for REST and/or gRPC services.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster software delivery.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define effective test strategies, scenarios,



and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, track, and validate software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform regression testing and ensure application stability across releases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps engineers, and other QA professionals.
- Participate in code reviews related to automation scripts and testing frameworks.
- Monitor automated test results, investigate failures, and improve test reliability.
- Create reusable automation components and maintain scalable testing frameworks.
- Validate data and database behavior through SQL queries and backend testing.
- Support performance, security, and reliability testing initiatives when required.
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of QA standards, processes, and best practices.
- Promote a quality-first mindset across development teams.
