To Entrepreneurs Who Produce Food And/or Beverages, That Is, Those Who Are In The Secondary Value-added Link And Are In One Of These Stages
- Ventures in the ideation or start-up stage that do not yet have the corresponding registrations and/or authorizations.
- Active ventures that have the corresponding registrations and authorizations and seek to improve their business model and enhance their project.

*Primary producers (of meat, honey, milk, vegetables, fruit, or raw materials in general) are not included. Nor are producers in the tertiary sector or service providers (food service, logistics, etc.).*
