Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead all operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring strong performance across People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Build and develop a high-performing, engaged workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous learning
- Act as a change agent, promoting innovation, problem-solving, and best practices across all site functions
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through effective production planning, scheduling, and service delivery
- Manage financial performance, including cost control, productivity improvements, and inventory optimization
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the site
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, environmental, health & safety (EHS) standards, and internal policies
What Makes You the Right Fit
- University degree in Engineering, Industrial, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
