Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.

As an Engagement Manager, you will be key to creating an excellent end-to-end experience for Google’s top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives.
You will serve as a unified services partner who designs and orchestrates gTech end-to-end services, and represents gTech Ads to sellers and client executives. gTech Ads is a team of thought leaders, addressing our clients’ complex business challenges, and program managers, designing plans and gathering resources to help accomplish our ambition for excellent end-to-end experience.
