Role Overview
MojoTech is seeking a Principal Consultant, Software Engineering, to establish and grow our engineering presence in Argentina. This is a unique opportunity for a senior technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with consulting excellence, team leadership, and business acumen. Demonstrated experience with AI-native software engineering practices is required for this role.
As our first senior hire in Argentina, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a high-performing engineering team while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will lead architecture and delivery efforts, mentor engineers,



support business development activities, and help establish MojoTech as a premier consulting partner throughout the region.
Success in this role requires exceptional English communication skills, strong client-facing consulting experience, and an established professional network within Argentina's technology community.
This is a hands-on leadership role. While you will lead teams and client engagements, you will also remain close enough to the work to guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and support successful delivery.
