We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Interpreting Project Coordinator to support our Interpretation Operations team.

This role serves as a critical operational partner to the Interpreting Project Managers (IPMs), helping ensure assignments are staffed, executed, documented, and closed successfully. The Coordinator provides essential support during high-volume periods, covers assignments when team members are unavailable, and helps maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable communicating directly with both clients and interpreters. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career within the language services industry.

Responsibilities:

Assignment Staffing Support
- Assist with staffing interpreting assignments during high-volume periods.
- Contact interpreters and confirm availability.
- Review qualifications and identify appropriate interpreter matches.
- Document staffing activities and updates.




- Escalate difficult staffing situations when necessary.
- Support successful assignment fulfillment while maintaining quality standards.

Backup Coverage for Project Managers
- Provide coverage when Project Managers are unavailable due to vacation, illness, training, or other absences.
- Monitor active assignments and ensure continuity of service.
- Communicate with clients and interpreters regarding assignment updates.
- Handle assignment modifications and scheduling changes.
- Assist with issue resolution and assignment execution.

Assignment Administration & Job Closures
- Review completed assignments for accuracy.
- Confirm assignment completion and required documentation.
- Verify interpreter information and resolve missing details.
- Update internal systems and records.
- Ensure assignments are properly documented and closed.

Financial Review Support
- Assist with post-assignment financial reviews.
- Verify int
