THE ROLE

This role will be part of Integral Shared Services based in Buenos Aires,
Argentina.

The Jr. Manager, Training Projects supports the U.S.-based Training and
Development Wyndham University (WU) function by delivering training &
development activities for both team members and franchisee audiences within a
Global Shared Services model. The Jr. Manager, Training Projects will work very
closely with the Director of Learning Projects. This role is responsible for
planning, coordinating, and executing learning initiatives through disciplined
project management practices as well as supporting training program
administration and learner engagement. This role ensures learning projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and with appropriate coordination across all
company stakeholders.
