What You'll Do
Lead the relationship with the on-site logistics operator, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with service level agreements. Review, implement, and improve business processes to positively impact the buying and selling experience. Design, monitor, and present key performance indicators to ensure operational objectives and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Student or professional in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge in data analysis, KPIs, and proficiency in Excel/G-Suite is mandatory. Experience in logistics operations with team management and knowledge of supply chain and last-mile distribution is required.
