Descripción del empleo
- Deliver sales, market share and profitability targets for the assigned territory.
- Own and manage the subregional P&L;, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth.
- Adapt the biological products portfolio to local agronomic realities.
- Develop and execute annual commercial plans aligned with regional strategy.
- Build, manage and develop a high-performing distributor network.




- Evaluate distributor performance and recommend changes, additions or restructuring when necessary.
- Identify and onboard new strategic distributors aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
- Ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches with the assistant of the marketing manager.
- Work closely with the regional technical team to ensure strong agronomic positioning of the portfolio.
- Work with technical institutions and local consultants.
- Coordinate with local teams in Argentina, Brazil, and the rest of Latin America.
- Consolidate existing commercial information in the region for sales teams and headquarters.

Requisitos

Education
• Agricultural Engineer (mandatory).

• 5+ years in commercial positions within the agricultural sector.
