What You'll Do
Review all creative assets against MLR requirements before they enter client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review. Conduct final quality proof of approved assets before they go live, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage Veeva Vault PromoMats operations, including claims management and submission tracking. Support creative production operations by maintaining deliverable trackers and coordinating feedback cycles with client stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production with direct exposure to MLR review workflows. Demonstrated understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202. Veeva Vault PromoMats experience is highly preferred. Strong eye for brand consistency and copy accuracy across digital formats.
