What You'll Do

Define the value proposition for users by offering complementary flows for individuals to maximize customer profitability through coordinated marketing campaigns, product initiatives, and other key actions. Drive user engagement and primary usage of Mercado Pago. Create analyses and business cases to inform decision-making for senior and leadership profiles. Design and monitor reports with key cross-selling metrics, tracking performance against plans and driving corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 5 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of SQL.
