What You'll Do

Lead the management of the marketing budget, coordinating execution with local markets, Finance, and Accounting. Analyze monthly spending and identify root causes of deviations to implement improvements. Continuously track key performance metrics by country and coordinate with local marketing management. Design and implement process optimizations to increase resource allocation efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles within marketing operations, planning, or business analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for processing, modeling, and interpreting financial and operational data. Knowledge of data visualization tools (like Looker Studio, Tableau,



or similar) and business intelligence.
