What You'll Do

Lead the regional planning and strategy for the subscription program across various LATAM markets, including pricing definition and order minimums. Monitor and project the P&L; of the program, managing the budget model and acting as a technical reference for the Finance area. Collaborate with the Product team to design the development roadmap, providing insights to identify business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of prior work experience in strategic consulting, financial planning, loyalty, or business growth. Advanced database management skills using SQL, BigQuery, and modeling in Google Sheets or Excel.



Intermediate or advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate projects to senior profiles.
