What You'll Do
Lead the Partners team, ensuring goal achievement and talent development. Design and execute the online Partners channel strategy to drive seller acquisition on Mercado Pago. Analyze the Partner Program's performance to identify improvement opportunities and market needs.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business consulting, or channel/partnership management. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in AI tools for business analysis. Experience leading teams of 3-5 people, preferably with a background in fintech, digital payments, e-commerce, or consulting.
