What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end design and execution of sales enablement roadmaps,



including new hire onboarding, continuing education, and commercial skill certification.
- Diagnose systemic sales productivity gaps using data-driven insights from Salesforce and conversational intelligence tools to design repeatable, performance-improving playbooks.
- Navigate cross-functional complexity by partnering with Sales, Ops, and Product teams to align enablement priorities with regional business goals and general strategies.
- Orchestrate organizational change by leading the rollout of new sales methodologies, tech stack optimizations, and product launches to a diverse, global sales force.
- Champion a "learner-first" culture, delivering engaging in-person and virtual training sessions that simplify the complex and drive measurable, lasting behavioral change.
