Location: Latin America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Analyze asset performance and identify opportunities to improve returns.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain Excel-based analyses and reporting.
- Partner with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Review data,



identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ensure accuracy across reports, financial information, and documentation.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish while managing competing priorities.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or similar.
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, finance, investments, real estate or analytical roles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
