What You'll Do
Drive the growth of the insurance business by identifying new commercial opportunities and developing the sales strategy for the region. Lead projects from conception and validation to implementation and results tracking, making data-driven decisions with various stakeholders. Collaborate with Product, Technology teams, and country leaders to build trust and ensure alignment between technical and commercial areas.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields. At least 6 years of experience in similar positions. Strong analytical skills demonstrated through proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau, with the ability to generate detailed reports and complex analyses.
Knowledge of AI tools is desirable.
