About the Role

We're looking for a remote
Senior Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)
to build and lead our marketing function — across strategy, systems, campaigns, and team — leading with vision, making it truly their own, and helping shape the next chapter of our growth.

In this role, you'll own the entire marketing operation — set the marketing strategy and priorities, build the systems and processes that don't yet exist, and plan and direct campaigns across channels including SEO, digital ads, content, events, and partnerships, deciding which channels to prioritize and how to build and manage them. This is a true player-coach role: hands-on day to day, while also building the team that will carry the work forward. You'll also build and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and specialists as the function grows.
