Job Description:

We are hiring a
full-time Senior Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
to support the client across residential and commercial real estate transactions, with a strong emphasis on commercial real estate. This is a senior-level role for someone who already understands the transaction process and can take ownership of deals from executed contracts through closing without needing significant training or oversight.
Previous commercial real estate transaction experience is mandatory.

The idóneo candidate is extremely sharp, proactive, and confident working directly with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in a transaction. You should be able to review a deal, understand where it stands, identify what is missing, and drive the next steps without waiting to be told what to do. While there are administrative responsibilities, the priority of this role is owning transaction execution and keeping deals moving. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Hours: 9am–5pm CST.

Key Responsibilities:




- Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
- Take ownership of commercial transactions, understanding the requirements, documentation, deadlines, and parties involved throughout the process
- Prepare contracts, buyer/seller documents, disclosures, amendments, and other transaction documentation for review
- Review transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and potential issues before they become problems
- Manage documents through Dotloop, including preparing files for signature and distributing completed documents
- Coordinate directly with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, vendors, and other parties involved in each transaction
- Track contractual deadlines, contingencies, due diligence periods, financing requirements, and closing milestones
