Responsibilities
- Set and drive the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization
- Conduct readiness assessments to confirm data and governance foundations support Copilot deployment
- Develop organizational capability and lead change management for AI-powered productivity tools
- Align corporate teams and frontline workers to ensure shared goals for Copilot deployment
- Create measurement frameworks to track adoption and quantify business value
- Partner with technology architecture and business transformation stakeholders to coordinate delivery
- Manage governance, security, and compliance considerations tied to Copilot deployment
- Advise teams on licensing decisions and roadmap planning for Microsoft 365 Copilot





Requirements
- Proven background with 7+ years in M365 architecture, including tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index, including Copilot grounding behavior and end-to-end data flows
- Working knowledge of information governance with Microsoft Purview, including sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and permissions models
- Hands-on familiarity with Entra ID and security practices, including Conditional Access, access reviews, oversharing audits, and Zero Trust awareness
- Demonstrated experience with Copilot Studio, including custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents
- Solid proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Copilot integration, Power Apps, and dataflows relevant to retail operations
- Strong expertise in SharePoint and co
