About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join and strengthen an existing technology team supporting an AI-enabled Internal Developer Platform.

This role requires a senior engineer with strong experience in full stack development, cloud environments, and software architecture. The successful candidate will help business users transform AI-generated applications into secure, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.

The position combines hands-on development, technical guidance, architectural thinking, and close collaboration with business stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role is approximately 50% technical and 50% business-facing.

Requisitos

Key Responsibilities

- Support business users building applications on the company’s Internal Developer Platform using Claude and other AI-assisted development tools.

- Review, complete, and improve AI-generated code.

- Design and recommend secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.

- Apply software architecture principles and development best practices across applications.

- Build and enhance applications using React, JavaScript, FastAPI, Python, and AWS.

- Support the migration of more than 50 existing applications from local environments into production.

- Prepare applications for production deployment, ensuring compliance with security,



architecture, and quality standards.

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.

- Develop and maintain database migration scripts and application deployment processes.

- Support source control workflows, including code reviews and Git repository management.

- Provide white-glove technical support to advanced business users building applications, dashboards, and internal tools.

- Contribute hands-on development when users require additional technical support.

- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Collaborate with the Architecture team when additional backend services, integrations, or platform capabilities are required.

- Act as a senior technical reference for business users and other team members.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting internal developer platforms.
- Experience building internal applications, dashboards, or workflow tools.
- Experience in platform engineering, developer enablement, or cloud architecture.
- Experience working in financial services, investment management, or other regulated industries.
