Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Email Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies using Klaviyo that align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Optimize and improve automated email marketing flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back) and signup forms in Klaviyo to maximize new customer acquisition, engagement,



retention, and revenue generation.
- Develop comprehensive content calendars aligned with client objectives, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging throughout email marketing campaigns.

Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with clients and Client Success Managers to translate requirements into effective Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing questions and concerns.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable strategies that help drive business growth.

Technical Optimization:
- Manage Klaviyo setups, integrations (e.g., Shopify, CDPs, custom tech stacks), and account infrastructure, ensuring they are properly configured, segmented, and performing optimally.
