We're looking for a Workforce Operations Manager to own the people and output management side of a data labeling operation at a fast-moving AI company. You will manage teams of 5 to 10 workers per project, keep their work output on track, and handle the handoff of finished labeled outputs to the engineering team. This is a non-technical, pure operations role — you will not be building anything.
The adecuado background for this role is not a traditional project management resume. We are looking for someone with community management or people management experience — someone who has run a Slack community, managed a distributed workforce, or kept a group of remote knowledge workers aligned and producing without micromanaging. If you are a strong people operator who knows how to manage output quality across a distributed team and can keep things moving without being the most technical person in the room, this role is a strong fit.
