What You'll Do
- Contact qualified inbound leads who have expressed interest in our services.
- Conduct professional sales consultations to understand client goals and needs.
- Present tailored immigration solutions with confidence and credibility.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within our CRM system.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, call centers, customer acquisition, or B2C sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
- Full-time availability to work on-site from our Buenos Aires office.
- Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency (spoken and written).
