The Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Growth Manager to build and operate GC & Company’s Marketing & Growth function.
This is not a social media coordinator role.
We are not looking for someone who needs to be given a weekly content calendar, told what campaigns to run, or managed through every marketing decision.
We are looking for someone with enough real-world experience to enter the business, understand our positioning, audience, current assets and commercial goals, identify what is missing, establish priorities, build the strategy, launch campaigns, measure performance, and continuously improve the system.
You should be comfortable saying:
“This is what we should prioritize first.”
“This campaign is underperforming, and here is why.”
“We should test this message instead.”
“This channel is not worth the spend yet.”
“Design needs these three creative variations.”
“Development needs to implement this tracking and conversion path.”
“Here is what the data is telling us, and here is what I recommend we change.”




The value of this role is not simply production capacity.
We are hiring experienced marketing judgment.

Marketing audits and 30/60/90-day planning
Positioning and messaging recommendations
Content strategy and editorial systems
GC & Company’s LinkedIn presence
Founder-led authority strategy
Email marketing
Lead generation
Outbound strategy and execution
Campaign strategy
Paid-media strategy and optimization
Funnel and conversion architecture
Website conversion recommendations
SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy and metadata
Marketing analytics and reporting
Experimentation and campaign iteration
Marketing Operations, workflows and documentation
Cross-functional briefs for Design and Technical Operations
You will work with an existing internal Design and Technical Operations capability.
