A leading company specializing in the import and commercialization of school supplies, stationery, and office products is looking for a Junior Purchasing & Logistics Analyst to join its team.
Main Responsibilities
Analyze inventory turnover and demand.
Support the analysis of stock replenishment and slow-moving products.
Maintain active daily communication with the Logistics team.
Follow up on and provide support for shipments, claims, and returns.
Monitor logistics service metrics.
Review purchasing and logistics documentation, including invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes.
Provide support to the Purchasing department and collaborate with different internal teams.
Requirements
Recent graduate or advanced student in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
2 years of experience in Purchasing, Administration, Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain. Internship experience will also be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
Advanced English level (C1–C2)

Interest in developing professionally within Purchasing and Operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Purchasing, Administration, or Operations.
Interest in procurement, logistics, or supply chain processes.
Ability to work in an organized manner and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of additional data analysis tools such as Power BI, Power Query, AI tools, etc.
