About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join and strengthen an existing technology team supporting an AI-enabled Internal Developer Platform.

This role requires a senior engineer with strong experience in full stack development, cloud environments, and software architecture. The successful candidate will help business users transform AI-generated applications into secure, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready solutions.

The position combines hands-on development, technical guidance, architectural thinking, and close collaboration with business stakeholders. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role is approximately 50% technical and 50% business-facing.

Key Responsibilities

Support business users building applications on the company’s Internal Developer Platform using Claude and other AI-assisted development tools.

Review, complete, and improve AI-generated code.

Design and recommend secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.

Apply software architecture principles and development best practices across applications.

Build and enhance applications using React, JavaScript, FastAPI, Python, and AWS.

Support the migration of more than 50 existing applications from local environments into production.

Prepare applications for production deployment, ensuring compliance with security, architecture, and quality standards.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.

Develop and maintain database migration scripts and application deployment processes.

Support source control workflows, including code reviews and Git repository management.
