Compensation: $4,000 USD/month

Role Purpose

Join our growing LATAM/Argentina Delivery Team as a Salesforce Technical Consultant. You will be part of a global Professional Services team implementing Precursive, a native Salesforce solution. You’ll be hands-on with system configuration, data migration, and deployment within Salesforce.

This role is idóneo for someone with foundational Salesforce skills who is looking to grow in consulting or product development, with flexibility for North or South American time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery
- Build and configure Salesforce solutions as directed by Solution Architects using declarative tools: Flows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and more.
- Conduct data migrations: mapping, transformations, imports (using Data Importer).
- Deploy changes from sandbox to production (Gearset or Change Sets).

Collaboration & Communication




- Coordinate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Implementation Consultants.
- Provide clear updates on progress or blockers during standups or async updates.
- Attend virtual customer sessions across LATAM/US hours (led by others).
- Collaborate with Product and internal stakeholders as needed.

Testing, Training & Support
- Contribute to and refine test scripts.
- Assist during sprint and UAT testing phases.
- Provide post-deployment support to ensure customer success.
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Product teams and escalate appropriately.

Platform Operations & Optimization
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Debugging: Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues within the Precursive platform, utilizing deep expertise in Salesforce and Precursive's suite of tools to diagnose and resolve problems beyond the scope of Tier I and II support.
