About the Role

HRBaires is seeking a Project Coordinator / Business Analyst / Support Analyst. This is a customer-facing role that combines project coordination, business analysis, implementation support, and production support responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to help manage implementations, gather and document requirements, coordinate project activities, investigate issues, and support ongoing customer operations.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation projects, product enhancements, integrations, and customer support initiatives.




- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and clarify needs.
- Document workflows, business requirements, functional specifications, and customer requests.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, development tasks, support tickets, and acceptance criteria.
- Support customer onboarding, configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption activities.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, action items, and deliverables across teams.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on next steps.
- Investigate customer issues related to billing, reporting, workflows, integrations, data, and system functionality.
- Reproduce issues, document findings, and coordinate resolution with Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding issue status, timelines, and resolution plans.
