Job Description & Summary
PwC's Global Identity Hygiene team, within the Network Information Security function, is responsible for managing identity governance activities that help maintain effective access controls across PwC's global network. The team supports access attestation campaigns, identity lifecycle reviews, and remediation initiatives aimed at reducing identity-related cyber risk and supporting compliance requirements.
The Identity Governance Analyst will be responsible for executing day-to-day identity governance activities, supporting process improvements, and partnering with CISO teams, application owners, and IT operations to ensure the quality and completion of identity hygiene initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer quarterly access certification and attestation campaigns across general applications.
- Analyze identity and access data to identify anomalies, dormant accounts, ownership gaps,
and other risk indicators.
- Onboard applications and groups into the organization's Identity Governance platform.
- Track remediation activities and ensure timely completion of governance deliverables.
- Maintain documentation, evidence repositories, and support audit and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with territory CISOs, application owners, and IT operations teams to resolve identity governance issues.
- Develop and improve operational processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce reporting and insights to support governance, compliance, and risk management objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance Administration (IGA), Cybersecurity, or a related IT Operations role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Identity Governance platforms, preferably SailPoint (IIQ or ISC).
