Position Summary

Heraeus Precious Metals is seeking an HR Business Associate – Talent Acquisition & Projects to support our growing North American organization. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to attract top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and support strategic HR initiatives that drive operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and attract qualified talent across manufacturing, technical,



professional, and administrative roles.
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support HR projects and initiatives focused on talent acquisition, employee experience, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze recruiting metrics, HR reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate HR communications, training activities, and employee engagement initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain HR systems, documentation, and processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams to support business priorities and continuous improvement efforts.
