Role Description The Senior U.S. Tax Associate will manage and review tax compliance and preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and adherence to U.S. tax laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns, researching complex tax issues, and identifying tax planning opportunities for clients.



The role involves communicating with clients to gather information, clarify tax positions, and explain findings in a clear, accessible manner. The Senior U.S. Tax Associate will collaborate with colleagues in accounting and advisory to support cross-functional engagements and contribute to process improvements. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability during core business hours and effective use of virtual collaboration tools.
Qualifications
Strong U.S. tax technical skills, including Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation across various entity types.
In-depth understanding of Tax Law and practical application of Tax regulations to client situations.
Solid Finance and accounting knowledge to interpret financial statements and support tax planning.
Proficiency with tax preparation and research software, and strong Excel skills.
