We are seeking an experienced, technically-minded Project Manager based in Buenos Aires to lead complex technology initiatives across our Infrastructure, Platform, Cloud, and Engineering teams. While not directly implementing technical solutions, the adecuado candidate possesses the deep technical acumen required to understand engineering challenges, facilitate critical decision-making, and drive successful project outcomes. 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, particularly those related to infrastructure, OpenShift, cluster migrations, or cloud migration initiatives and services
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to work within hybrid or predictive project delivery frameworks when required
Technical mindset with the ability to understand engineering concepts, software development workflows, infrastructure, and operations
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with experience engaging operational teams, management, and senior leadership
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, including the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and resolve conflicts effectively
Experience managing external vendors and third-party technology partners Nice-to-have:
illExperience with cloud-native technologies and distributed systems, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, or Azur
Familiarity with orchestration tools, workflow automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practice

Plan, execute,
and control technology projects from inception to delivery, defining scope, timeline, milestones, and success criteria for each phase together with the Technical Lead
Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments, anticipating blockers across streams (infrastructure, networking, security, development, QA) and proposing mitigation actions before they impact the schedule
Coordinate multiple teams working in parallel without direct reporting lines, achieving alignment on priorities and delivery commitments through influence-based leadership in matrix environment
Build and maintain executive-level visibility of projects: progress dashboards, reports for steering committees, with a focus on required decisions rather than just status updates
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas, translating technical complexity into executive-level messages focused on impact
Maintain a systemic view of the project, assessing how each decision or delay in one stream affects the overall plan, and adjusting priorities accordingly
Manage relationships with vendors and third parties involved in the project, if applicable, tracking their commitments, deliverables, and SLAs
Ensure external dependencies are accounted for in the project timeline and do not become unforeseen blockers
Oversee project budget tracking, controlling expenditure execution and ensuring financial visibility of initiatives for relevant stakeholders
Ensure documentation and traceability of the program: decision logs, change records, formalized deliverables, and execution evidence. This is especially critical in regulated environments where audits may require full project traceability iDrive continuous improvement of management processes: incorporate lessons learned at the end of each phase, optimize follow-up ceremonies, and standardize practices to scale the model for future projects.
