We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join a growing company in the USA.

? Location: Fully remote

? Minimum English: C2 - Fluent

Key Responsibilities

? Lead end-to-end Salesforce project management, including requirement gathering, planning, and execution. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices

? Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to align project goals. Lead meetings, presentations, and project reviews

? Lead cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants, fostering collaboration for smooth execution

? Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery

? Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource usage, ensuring efficiency and profitability

? Oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions that exceed client expectations, providing regular status updates and reports

Requisitos





? 4+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce implementations

? Proven success in delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget

? Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (required)

? PMP or Agile certification (preferred)

? Expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and integrations

? Strong skills in Agile/Scrum and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana)

? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

? Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
