ELEKS is looking for a Security Test Manager in Argentina

ABOUT PROJECT

Our customer is among the top 5 health insurance companies in the US. The company serves over 15 million members across five states and employs over 20,000 people.

We are looking for a Security Test Manager to join a large-scale healthcare insurance program focused on migrating enterprise applications to Microsoft Edge across non-production and production environments.

REQUIREMENTS

- 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar leadership role
- Hands-on experience supporting browser, platform, or application migration initiatives
- Strong experience developing test strategies for complex enterprise programs
- Solid background in test automation and automation frameworks
- Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing testing activities across large initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Experience managing testing schedules, risks, defects, and escalations
- Experience with functional and regression testing methodologies
- Familiarity with test planning, estimation, and impact analysis practices
- Experience working in Agile environments

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with browser compatibility and cross-browser testing
- Experience with Microsoft Edge and Chrome-based automation frameworks
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Experience working in security-conscious or regulated environments
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and own the test strategy for a browser migration program across multiple products and applications




- Conduct impact analysis and effort estimation for new testing demands and migration activities
- Coordinate testing dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
- Lead and monitor test analysis, design, implementation, and execution activities
- Manage functional and regression testing, verification, sign-off, and defect management processes
- Coordinate aggregated test results with project and program managers
- Serve as the escalation point for testing-related issues and risks
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate migration impacts effectively to project stakeholders
- Build and maintain testing schedules and ensure timely delivery of testing activities
- Assess the impact of browser migration (Chrome to Microsoft Edge) on existing automation frameworks, scripts, and shared capabilities
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams throughout the migration lifecycle
