What You'll Do And How You'll Have An Impact

Represent the interests of users and partners through relentless pursuit of data quality.

Receive and manage requests in the Jira project workflow tool.




Act as contact between the App Direct business teams and development teams regarding making sure that the data is moving through systems properly.
Interpret file-mapping and conduct testing across multiple platforms and formats.
Assist App Direct Managers to operationalize data migration for the critical business initiatives and the data architecture roadmap (analyze/document/implement/test/troubleshoot)
Provide data analysis, mapping, transformation, normalization, and conversion.
Assist in collecting business requirements, documenting on how data is used in through App Direct business, and in data testing/validation/UAT.
Utilize AI in daily and long term tasks for efficiency.

Support Strategic Projects from Leadership (Churn, Provider Strategic Data, etc.)
