Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
Log, track, and update tickets using standard ticketing systems
Support installations, configurations, and device setups
Assist with deployments, rollouts, and user onboarding activities
Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and documentation
Escalate complex issues to L2 or senior technicians
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
Requirements:
Entry-level experience or up to 2 years in IT support, help desk, or desktop support
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and end-user systems
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools preferred
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between client sites
Understanding of basic hardware components and peripherals
Ability to follow processes, document work, and learn quickly
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus
