As a
Sales Engineer
, you will help expand CONTEC's presence in Argentina by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering solutions tailored to healthcare needs.

Your responsibilities
- Drive business development and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and promote CONTEC's medical device portfolio.
- Participate in
public tenders, government bidding processes, trade shows, and industry events
.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and product performance.




- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Represent CONTEC and contribute to growing its presence in the Argentine market.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries.
- Knowledge of the
Argentine healthcare market
and purchasing processes.
- Experience with
government tenders or institutional sales
is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Spanish and English proficiency required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to
travel within the assigned territory
