We're growing fast and looking for an Account Content Manager (ACM) to oversee content strategy, content production, and content operations across multiple client accounts.

You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing content initiatives — ensuring every piece of content aligns with each client's goals, brand identity, and overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly content strategies and content plans for assigned client accounts.
- Research competitors, industry trends, target audiences, and market opportunities to identify effective content ideas and strategies.
- Develop creative campaigns aligned with each client's goals, positioning, and brand identity.
- Coordinate content production with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Ads Strategists, and other collaborators.
- Review and optimize content to improve quality, engagement, performance, and consistency.




- Manage content calendars and ensure all deliverables are completed, reviewed, approved, and published on schedule.
- Manage content distribution initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages for assigned accounts when Community Management is included within the client's service package.
- Assist with website content updates, website optimization initiatives, and content-related improvements.
- Utilize agency tools to coordinate projects and manage workflows.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure alignment between content, advertising, websites, automation, and overall marketing strategy.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Management, Copywriting, or a related role.
- Strong written English.
- Experience managing content calendars and content planning.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
