Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve client and internal inquiries, driving clear ownership from intake through root-cause analysis and solution delivery.
- Monitor trade execution flows and related exceptions, partnering closely with the front office and operational teams to protect service quality and mitigate operational risk.
- Perform and oversee trade reconciliations, ensuring accurate capture, timely breaks management, and appropriate escalation aligned to control expectations.
- Build and maintain a working, functional understanding of trading platforms and systems to support effective troubleshooting and communicate resolutions succinctly to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications,
Skills and Capabilities:
- Completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economic Sciences.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance or a closely related field, with demonstrated performance in a high-paced client service environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with the MS Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automation tools is a plus (preferred but not required).
