About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support / Commercial Operations Assistant to support the daily commercial and operational processes of our Argentina team.
This role will work closely with HQ, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination across order management, logistics, and financial follow-up.
The position plays a key role in improving operational visibility, minimizing inefficiencies, and supporting overall business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation to final delivery, ensuring alignment between production timelines, shipment schedules, and customer commitments, while maintaining clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitor product availability and backorders, proactively identifying risks related to stock shortages or delays,



and supporting prioritization and allocation of critical items based on business needs.
• Track international shipments end-to-end, ensuring visibility across key logistics milestones (production, dispatch, transit, customs clearance, and delivery), and providing timely and accurate updates to distributors and internal teams.
• Support financial follow-up by monitoring payment status, outstanding balances, and credit exposure, coordinating with finance and commercial teams to mitigate risks and ensure smooth business continuity.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all commercial and import documentation, adhering to local regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Manage and maintain proper organization, validation, and traceability of all operational and transactional documentation throughout the order lifecycle.
