We are a team of passionate developers, architects, managers, engineers, designers using cutting-edge tech to solve non-trivial tasks. We work on VR (Virtual Reality), AR (Augmented Reality), IoT (Internet of Things), web-projects, mobile apps, Enterprise business applications, and Unity Gaming. We create projects using Python, С#, PHP, JavaScript (Angular, ReactJS), Swift, Kotlin and deploy them into AWS / Azure / Google Cloud.

About you:
- Commercial working experience 4+ years.
- Extensive experience working with the Unity 3D engine.
- Familiar with how the engine behaves on different platforms.
- Know how to optimize Unity projects for various platforms, especially mobile.




- Familiar with most Unity subsystems (UI, Physics, Particles, Animator, Lighting (real-time, baked, mixed), etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Git and its specifics when working with Unity projects.
- Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms (queue, binary tree, etc.) and design patterns.
- Familiar with modern programming principles: SOLID, KISS.
- Solid grasp of the basics of vector algebra and analytic geometry (vectors, matrices, quaternions, etc.).
- Know the basics of 3D graphics — terms like binormal, UV coordinates, tangents, skinning, rigging, morphing, etc. are second nature to you.
- Able to develop shaders from scratch or modify existing ones.
- Basic skills in a 2D/3D editor (Photoshop, GIMP, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar).
- Experience working on large-scale projects.
- Able to start from scratch and independently lead a Unity project.
