But here’s the catch: too many pet owners start the buying process and then stop—unsure which product to choose, how it works, or whether it’s right for their pet. That’s where you, our Abandoned Sales Recovery Specialist, make the difference. Without you, pets miss out on better health, owners lose confidence, and our mission stalls. With you? You reconnect, guide, and convert hesitation into action by turning an almost-purchase into a life-changing decision for pets and their people.
What You'll Do:
- Recover: Proactively reach out to customers who abandoned their carts, re-engaging them to complete their purchase.
- Guide: Help pet owners understand the right products for their dog’s needs, answering questions and removing uncertainty with clarity and care.
- Convert: Turn warm leads into completed sales by building trust, addressing objections, and reinforcing value.
- Grow: Work with a high-intent audience,



transforming near-buyers into loyal, repeat customers.
- Learn: Work closely with our dedicated leaders, leveraging our top-notch training resources to master the art of conversion and customer connection.
- Earn: Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential while integrating seamlessly with our operations.
- Live: Work from home in a general remote environment, utilizing our communication tools and platforms.

What's In It For You:
- Earnings: This is a commission-only role. You will have between 8 and 18 appointments scheduled for you each day (more if you want them and you are closing sales). You will earn 20%-24% on the gross profit of your sales (14%- 17% of net). A normal reps sales are between $250 - $2,500, per customer, with no cap on commission, meaning you will never hit a ceiling no matter how much you earn.
