Would you like to join the support team of an international investment management firm based in the UK, working 100% remotely from Argentina?
We're looking for someone to add capacity to the existing support team, focused on providing first-line Salesforce support to the organization's users and helping with basic AI/IT monitoring tasks.
About the role
The role combines approximately 70% first-line Salesforce support -- helping users with login issues and general use of the system -- and 30% basic AI/IT monitoring, reviewing permissions and staying alert to new functionality enabled by providers.
You'll join an existing support team, adding extra capacity for first-line support so the current Salesforce administrator can focus on more complex tasks.
