The Role

We're looking for a Head of Marketing / CMO to lead a 50+ person integral marketing team and own the revenue contribution of marketing worldwide.

The core of this role is taking the marketing team to the next level. We've grown fast and the team delivers, HISPAM is performing and Brazil is scaling quickly. The next stage is to keep that pace while raising the level of the operation: mature internal processes, a reporting system leadership can trust, clear ownership across areas, and budget decisions grounded in solid data. The goal isn't only to scale faster, it's to scale efficiently.





We're looking for someone who has led a marketing organization with this same mix of verticals — Growth, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Data & Analytics, Design, Multimedia, Web, Brand & Content, PR — and knows how to make specialties this different operate as one system with a shared direction.

You'll report directly to the CEO, sit at the leadership table alongside Sales, Product, and Finance, and own marketing's number in front of the board and investors.

What You'll Own

Revenue Accountability & Measurement

Own marketing's contribution to pipeline and MRR across LATAM, Brazil, EMEA, and North America.
Own the multi-touch attribution model: define how we measure revenue contribution by channel, market, and campaign type, and direct the Data & Analytics team that builds it on top of our existing data warehouse and HubSpot infrastructure. You set the model and the standard of rigor, the team implements it.
