Job Summary

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Cycle Count Accuracy through periodic physical audits and reconciliation of physical inventory counts across all AEPH locations, including 3PL and subcontractors. Leads the audit process, conducts root cause analysis for variances, and collaborates with warehouse teams and locator owners to drive improvements and maintain high inventory accuracy.

This position will report to Inventory Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cycle Count Management
- Facilitate and monitor daily, weekly,



and monthly cycle counts in accordance with the planned schedule.
- Investigate variances between physical counts and system records to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct detailed root cause analyses on inventory losses, shortages, and overages to prevent recurring issues.
- Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.

2. Data Reporting
- Maintain organized, audit‑ready documentation of all counts, variances, adjustments, and approvals in compliance with CC Integral Policy and SOX/EY audit requirements.
- Ensure full traceability of each transaction for future reference or audit purposes.
- Create and maintain Cycle Count Inventory reports to support monitoring and EY audit compliance.

3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with warehouse, finance, production, 3PL, subcontractors, and quality teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of Cycle Count a
