The SMB Account Executive is responsible for nurturing and expanding a portfolio
of small to medium-sized business advertiser accounts. This position demands a
strong grasp of digital marketing, a knack for building client relationships,

How You'll Contribute:

* Customer Retention:
* Retain a large book of business by successfully renewing expiring contracts
* Analyze client performance data to demonstrate value and identify areas for
improvement
* Proactively identify at-risk accounts and develop strategic plans to
educate and recommend improved solutions to customers
* Identify accounts showing low platform or program engagement; execute
proactive outreach (calls, emails, account reviews) to re-engage these
customers before they reach a churn decision point
