With multiple teams managing client accounts, property partners, leases, and reservations, accurate financial management is essential to keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring both clients and partners have a great experience.
We've partnered with Handoff to bring on an exceptional Accounting Assistant who will play a key role in managing the financial side of client housing reservations. From reviewing lease and reservation documentation to setting up transactions in Sage Intacct, managing invoices and payments, and supporting financial reporting, you'll help ensure every reservation is financially accurate, organized, and properly maintained throughout its lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reservation & Financial Setup:
Review new unit documentation submitted by account management teams and verify information across signed Client Leases, Property Leases, and Quote Sheets.




Reconcile qualitative and quantitative information to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Establish new units and execute property leases once documentation has been successfully verified.
Remit completed leases to property partners to secure housing inventory.
Process required initial payments in the appropriate currency.
Set up new reservations accurately in Sage Intacct and other applicable accounting systems.
Invoicing Management:
Create and maintain client invoices, vendor bills, referral fees, rent payments, security deposits, pet fees, upgrades, and other reservation-related transactions.
Generate and issue initial client invoices promptly following reservation setup.
Review Profit & Loss reports by job/reservation to ensure accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions are complete and accurate.
Maintain accurate financial records throughout the entire reser
